Just realised I was posting my questions in the wrong section.
I have only recently signed upto this website.
I am aged 22 currently weigh 19stone 4pounds. I have recently started at the gym doing just Cardio excercises.
As I am purely just wanting to lose weight can anyone give me any good tips about what I should be eating each day? Just protein and minimal Carbs???
