    looking thick as hell there buddy!! One or two cheat meals post comp huh! Still looking very good mate. A friend of mine who usually competes in the south east show (massimo) came round to look at some pics of you yesterday. He was raving about you (he went to show but didnt compete this year) and was saying how good you looked and i was like "yeah hes on the forum mate i spoke to him before". My friend was real excited and wanted to see all your pics. He was VERY impressed. He kept saying "where the **** has this guy come from"!!!! LOL Good stuff man...
