possible abcess

i injected into my delts last sunday, 2 days ago.
i never had my shoulders turn red like this. my right shoulder is totally red and a bit warm. its sore but thats how it was last week. my left shoulder is barely red but feels like a hard lump.
ive always injected the same way. could this be an abcess?

It's very possible. All a abscess is a infection. Apply warm compresses to the delt serveral times a day. If it's small enough it will self drain and improve. If it continues or get's larger it will need to be incised. So keep a eye on it and see what happens.
