Hey all. First of all I want to thank everyone on this board for the great advice so far. Second of all, I'm an advice fiend. So gimme some mo.
I am 5'6", about 148. I'd like some input on what a good target weight for my frame is. I want to be pretty muscular, but not huge.
Also, I've got deca but haven't started it yet. Will it be enough to buff me up a bit, or will I need to stack with T to see any results at all??
