Hey bro`s its my third day and i felt great today ,i`LL explain, started working out and it was shoulders and tricep today, well on my first exercise i was doing DB shoulder press and i could handle abit more weight than normal when i finished all three exercises shoulders i still had enough energy to carry on but i went to tricep, first skull crushes was normal then tricep push downs was ok but what really left me shocked was when i did Dips normally i am quite tired by that time and i do dip with bodyweight reps 10 8 7 7, today it was first 15 then B/W plus 5kg 10reps then 10kg 8reps again 10kg 7 reps. When i finished i still had energy.
Should i add an exercise next time if i feel good or should i carry on normal
