Ambien/Lunesta and Steroids....

I am currently on a cycle of prop/tren.

I have always had trouble sleeping and staying asleep for the past several years, while on a cycle and not while on one.

I just visited my doc today and he gave a a RX for ambien and lunesta.

Does anyone know if these two specific drugs would be ok to use on my cycle?

i have been using both for almost a year now. on and off. beware, lunesta works great but it leaves the taste of metal in your mouth. have mints bedside.

There are no contraindications with the use of sleep aids with AAS. In fact the importance of rest while using AAS this is a good way to go if you can't get sleep on your own. But be careful not to get ***endent on those things. They work well.

My sleep doctor researched it for me, and also called a few other doctors for their opinion. He sees no problem with mixing the two.
