    Albuterol amounts?

    Wanted to see what everyone thought for amount to take.. Just about to finish a 12 week cycle and im trying to clean it up a little.

    6'4"
    205 lbs

    from what I have read.. the dose is 10mg broken up in 3 or 4 doses 4 hours apart.

    one guy I read said theraputic doses were 12 to 16 mg.

    I was taking 3mg 3 times a day but had to quit due to the headaches
