getting paid for online data entry/surveys????

I am curious to see if anyone here knows about online data entry work and filling out online surveys, and which website are legit and which one are fake and of the ones that are for real who pays the most etc etc etc. If anyone here does anything like this or knows anything about it could you please PM me with your thoughts and possibly some info. I appreciate anyone who takes time to PM me. I will keep this bumped for a while, I want some answers.

www.snagajob.com has places that you can apply for that are survey taking sites. It got me a job and is very well known so I hardly doubt you will be sent to a fake or non legit company?

a lot of them are not "fake" or "nonlegit", but they might not give you surveys to take etc.

If you're into data entry you might be lucky to find jobs on:

rentacoder.com
scriptlance.com


however, these are more IT orientated and generally you're fighting with people in Pakistan, India and Russia who will work for 2$ an hour :-(
