Help me with cycle/PCT

Hi im thinking of doing a cycle with Anavar and Test, im looking to gain some nice hard lean muscle, i dont want to bulk up crazy style but i want to gain around 10-15 pounds. My cycle goes something like this.

wks 1-10 test e 500mg per wk
wks 3-10 Var 50mg ED

also this is my first time doing injectables so if someone can pleese help me on dosage of test e

so lets say my tests comes in 10ml at 250mg/ml per , so how many would i need to do a ten week cycle?

also can someone direct me in using PCT for this cycle?

your gonna need to 2 injections a week at 1ml per shot. so 10x2 thats 20ml of test needed or 2 bottles, but i never get 10ml out of a bottle(never more than 9) . i would get three bottles if you can. also maybe even think about extending in another couple weeks since test e takes 4-5 weeks sometimes to kick in.

Personally I would run the Test for 12 weeks, but 10 will suffice. Your dosage looks good. Run the Var 2 weeks past your Test right up until PCT. That way you can stay in an anabolic state til the Test is out of your system. Do some research on PCT and make sure you have it before you start. A SERM/AI combination works well. Anthony Robert's PCT has also been getting good reviews, you may want to try that.

I would run the Var from weeks 7-14.

Do some research on PCT. Head to the PCT forum and do some reading and determine which PCT is best for you.

wow well my bf is pretty high its at 19% and im 59 187 lb. Im reconsidering this now b/c ive heard steriods with high BF is bad. Hmm i might go with a

test e/t3/clen combo along with some killer cardio every morning.

Do you guys think my bf is high??

It's not terrible, but you may want to reconsider using steroids until you have lowered it. Using steroids at a higher bodyfat puts you at a greater risk to estrogenic side effects.

I would get your diet in order and drop about 5% bodyfat before trying any type of AAS. Your diet will dictate how you gain on your cycle as well. It's very important to make sure your diet is on point before using steroids.

i guess ill just do a t3/clen combo along with more cardio and still maintain my lifting regimen. Then ill get some AS.
