    What to do?

    Im pretty sure i pulled a muscle in my left arm, feels like bicep. I cant movie it anywhere without hurting. But it feels ok if i stretch it alot but when i stop it cramps up again. I went to the gym today maxed and benched 10 more than last time so obvisuly its not affecting me. So just stretch it and keep with my workout or rest it?
