Injection Site Pain

I had a seperate post on here about my leg being in pain, but I figured I'd update and get more advice.

It's been almost two days since I injected, upper right leg (quad). I didn't feel a thing during the initial stick, or directly after. However at 2 am in the middle of the night my leg woke me up throbbing.

It still hurts like hell, and I can barely walk on it. (I hobble around.) There is no redness or swelling, and no other symptoms. Should I worry? And if not yet, how long should I give it before I worry and seek medical attention?

I'm running a deca/test cycle. The shot that gave me the pain is the 300 mg of deca.

Yes. I am doing my first cycle since 2001, and back then I did the glutes.

I wanted to let you know that I placed 500 mg of test cyp in my thigh (first time) I felt no pain as you did but two days later my thigh swelled up like a ballon ! Probably some of the worst pain I have felt in a long time. I was very nervous and thinking of excuses to tell the emergency room doc. Three weeks later I still feel a little soreness when I stretch but the swelling and the extreme pain subsided after approx 8 days. I have no idea what happened but never again will I go near that area. My last two doses were in my upper arm and there was no problem. Just to let you know I never did go to the emergency room but I probably would have been justified to do so. Good luck brother !!!

Yeah I am definitely switching to the delt for injection site. That way even if it hurts, I can still walk.
