    Great Chicken Burgers

One 1lb. Package of Ground Chicken
One 14.5oz. Can of DelMonte Zesty Chili Style Diced Tomatoes (Drain Juice)
1/3 Cup Bread Crumbs (Whole Grain is Good)
1/4 Cup Onion Chopped (Skip if You Don't Like It)
1/4 Cup Bell Pepper Any Color (Skip if You Don't Like It)
1/4 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
    One Egg White

Combine contents in a medium to large bowl and mix well.
Divide into 4 portions and make patties.
It will be a little difficult to keep them together so be careful.
Grill patties over medium heat 7 minutes a side (with the grill closed if you use gas).
Be sure not to mess with the burger until 7 minutes has passed it will fall apart if you do.

Set on a whole grain bun for your pleasure.
or if you are watching carbs do as follows.

Heat Medium Skillet with 2 Tablespoons of extra Virgin Olive Oil
Add Large Portabella Caps about 4
Season with Steak Seasoning (I like McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning)
Cook eack side about 5 minutes watching close sometimes you have to keep them moving around the skillet to keep them from burning
Add a 1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar let cook off then they are done.
Use cooked caps as buns taste awesome.

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I have.

    Well I would say around:
    300 Calories
    40g protein
    >17g fat
    >10g Carb.
That is just the Chicken Burger.
Sorry I can't help you with better information.
