How many of you guys have shot PGCL in your a**omin area? Ive heard mixed reviews on not to do it cause of pai, etc...vs do it becasue it help remove the fat any where its shot along with the rest of the body. Thanks.

Not me, but no one has reported the spot injection effectiveness, so what's the point in putting yourself through that??
