I am doing a local non sanctioned show, just to get my feet wet and see what happens.. as i know i have many weak points to work on .Will turn 47 in a few wks so if im going to stand on stage i better do it now.Any input as to that last wk of tortue would be appreciated!!

Great for 47 is an understatement, you look better than most 25yr olds I know who workout.

Btw, looking spot on for the show as far as bodyfat goes etc. Deff get some sun which in turn will also help shed some of the water you're holding along the way.

How's the diet looking (how many calories/day), what are your stats?

Thanks! i really dont count my cal. intake like i know i prob. should, as i am up at 4 am manual labor for 12 hrs then to the gym for 2 hrs. so i have to eat every couple hrs at least to keep energy levels goin!I really dont know how im going to carb ***lete mon. to wed....5' 7" at 186 lbs right now... am very lean and have been for awhile due to the strct diet for the past 8 mnths.!!
