This will be my first cycle. I am 5' 11" 190 lbs, 15% body fat. I have been training for 2.5 years.
I take the following supplements everyday:
Flush Free Niacin 1000 mg
Twin Lab Dual Tabs 2 a day
Milk Thistle 300 mg
ALA 300 mg
Grape Seed Extract 300 mg
Cinnamon Extract 500 mg
Glutamine Peptide 6000mg
Chromium Piccolinate 500 mcg
Acidophilus Pearls 1 a day
Flax Oil (1 serving = ***** 3-8g,***** 6-2g/***** 9-2g)
Cod Liver Oil
Taurine 6000mg (I have been on clen, today was the last day)
Enviga Green tea 3 or 4 cans a day (good stuff)
I am taking, but will discontinue the following supplements 1 week or2 weeks before I begin my superdrol cycle:
Myogenx 16 caps a day
Dim 1800 mg
REDLINE Concentrate (3 servings a day. Yes, I am THAT crazy)
Liquid Clenbuterol 180 mcg (again, today was the last day for this)
I will add (or up the dosages if I already take it)the following supplements 1 week before I start my cycle:
Milk Thistle 1000mg ED
Hawthorn Berry 1100mg ED
CoQ10 – 250mg ED
During Cycle & PCT:
Milk Thistle – 2000mg ED
Hawthorn Berry 1100mg ED
CoQ10 – 250mg ED
Red Yeast Rice – 100mg ED
Niacin – 1000mg ED
Twin Lab Dual Tabs 3 a day
Mycycle will be three weeks, and will look like this:
Week one 12mg ad
Week two 24mg ad
Week three 24mg ad
PCT:
Week 1
Clomid: 100mg
Aromasin: 25mg
Week 2
Clomid: 70mg
Aromasin: 25 mg
Week 3
Clomid: 70 mg
Aromasin: 25mg
Mygenx 16 tabs a day
Week 4
Clomid: 35mg
Aromasin: 25mg
Myogenx 16 tabs a day
Week 5
Aromasin: 25mg
