    what do you think my body fat is?

    ain't got any facilities to check it so if you guys could estimate my bf it would be great... thanks

    ok, thanks for all the responses... so average is 15% and i'm not happy about that at all... anyway, i'll decrease calorie intake and see how it goes.

    Your sitting on about 14% same as me you can almost see the begining of a cut but its not there at 8% youll have a cut stomach

    you're guys best.. got my bf checked today and it's 14.8% (bravo lightwaytbaby rotfl)... not sure how accurate the device is tho, scale like tool where you stand bare foot on it.

    anyway, i'm not happy need to drop like 4% before summer starts

    Tanita's Body Fat Monitor Series results are repeatable to within +/- 1 percent variation

    this one is funny:
    It should be made clear that there is only one method of calculating body composition that is close to 100% accurate, and that is an autopsy.
