Whats the chance of getting fakes in these countries. You would think the American dollar goes so far in these places, there would be no reason to have fakes. I can see the reason for selling fakes in tourist towns like Cancun or Tijuana but in a local pharmacy in a region with no tourists. What is the chance?

it's sad because it's basically a map of western imperialism and cold war paranoia. 1st world represents the western european colonizers and their descendants, a.k.a. "the man," 2nd world represents the godless commies, enemies of the man, and the 3rd world represents the former colonies of the western empires, our "little brown skinned brothers." the cold war was fought by the 1st and 2nd world over the "hearts and minds" of our little brown skinned brothers in the 3rd world.
