    before pic

    trying to lose twenty pounds in 10 weeks. this is before pic . will post pic every two weeks. I weigh 182. would like to 162 and be light. Will lift 4 times a week and cardio everyday. Diet will be 180 protein 100 carbs and 50g fat. I was thinking of doing ckd anyone have any thoughts.

    good luck man, your goal should definately be attainable in 10 weeks with consistency.

    so are you going to consume about 1570 calories then? what is your maintenance level?
