timing oral's

Hi ,
I was wondering ..... if i take an oral such as Anadol , what is the best time to take it ?? when you take more than one pill each day you split it
and at what time of the day , is it any diffrent with d-bol ?

I would say:
if you take one day first thing in the morning

2 a day every 12 hours

3 a day every 8 hours

4 a day every 6 hours or so.

i wqould not divide any more then every 6 hours.
