I've been cutting since the 13th of january!
I'm pretty cut (no pics sorry - no hardware for it) but not REALLY cut!
I mean really cut - Rocky III cut.....
My shoulders have striations and veins, asrms also, pecs pretty good, legs and calves full of veins....
But my stomach is botherign me! I have the the top4 abs, but the light really needs to be perfect for them to look sick! I have the last lower ab, even veins over there, but the last 2 abs of the sixpack are just not coming!
My cycle is tren e 400mg E4D, prop 200 mg E2d, proviron......tapering off the t3.....
I'm doing empty stomach cardio with ECA, 2g of l carnitine and green tea every morning, just bumpeed it to an hour.....
MY meals are all protein (meat, or shakes with low fat mik, or low fat cottage chesse).....
I train in the evening, have another ECA, scoop of whey anb a scoop of dex, PPWO oats and cott. chesse, slow release aminos b4 bed.....
I have a month and a half of my cycle left.
What MORE can I do - I want PERFECTION, I think I deserve it eith all the work i put in.....
- I was thinking maybe taking out the PWO dex and PPWO oats and having a carb day once a week or something.......
- should I add some cardio between my weight session and PWO shake?

, but actually add a carb meal earlier on in the day... the lack of carbs has slowed down your metabolism and your body is fighting like hell not to burn more fat...adding carb will be like super-reigniting your metabolism (like throwing liquid fuel into a bonfire) and help you shave off the last 1-2% of BF.... Worked on me .... but then again, everybody's different
