I've been working out for few years and looking for any reccomendations on a good training split....my split currently is the following:
mon: Chest , calves
Tues: Back Shoulders
Wed: off
Thurs: legs
Fri: Bi's and tri's
Sat: off
Sun: off
*any help would be very appreciated!!!!

Remember your Bi's will be getting a work anyway on your other parts so just hit them on the Fri.
