Right After Jr Nationals In Chicago

A few Picks of me this past weekend at Jr. National I took 6th place as a light weight out of 14 I was very close only a few points away from 4th and 5th place I need to work on posing. This was the Biggest Jr Nationals in history with the best competition yet.
    Thanks,

I don't know what the rest of your competition looked like, but if you had your posing down i'm sure you would have placed higher.

Looking solid though man. Nice job.

Sorry it took so long to reply Im 5'5 and I have been getting a lot of calls for sponserships because I guess for my age 24 going to be 25 next week, I'm one of the best in the nation. The last coulple of shows I put protan on my face and I felt like I looked like a monkey, so this time I just put it on my body and just left my face alone looking back I should have tried one coat but whatever, My conditioning is always pretty good I was definetly the best at this show though. Thanks for all the compliments Nationals 2008 1st- 3rd here I come

Stats are 5'5 off season 185lbs-190lbs, competition weight 150-154lbs I'm a lightweight, hopefully I'll get up to 200+ @ around 10% body fat this time. My diet is mainly Bison meat,Talapia,Egg Whites, and protein shakes( up till 1 week out then all Bison and Talapia). Carbs are oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatoes, and Vitargo. Fats are Natural Peanut butter, Flax seeds, and fish oil. I intake about 1.5 -2gms of proein per body pound,I gradually decrease my carbs from about 250gms-15gms, and I keep my good fats at about 40-70gms per day. I do 15gms of carbs for about 4 days before weight in then I carb up using vitrago, oatmeal, brown rice, and sweet pot., Before prejuding I shit load, eating basically whatever thanks again

best in the Nation ages 20 -25 the guy who beat me were ages 32-41 with 3-6 nationals shows under there belt so the judges had seen them up on stage before, no offense taken pre-contest tren ace, Test suspension,2 weeks out halo, and arimidex. I leave my sodium only, I only manipulate water about 2 gallons pre-contest up until Wednesday before the show I drop it to a gallon, Thursday 1/2-3/4 gallon, Friday I try to have no more than 32oz up until about 4-5:00pm, Then I take a diuretic and sip about 2-4oz water per meal. You need a lil water in you to carb up right. Feel free to ask more Thanks

I was about 8-11% I would say at about 185-190lbs, I did a 10 week diet I brought my weight down slow to preserve muscle mass, people hate me for saying this but I did no cardio I reley on my diet to shred me up. I lifted half body Monday( ie back,Biceps), and The other half Tuesday(Chest, shoulders triceps), wednesday I did whole body very light high reps to ***let glycogen in the muscle, Legs I stop anywhere from 7-10days out. Feel free to ask anything thanks again

    Thanks

I weigh 194 right now, 5'7"... 7 - 8 % BF or so... I competed 3 weeks ago and weighed in at 174... I was not as well conditioned for that show as i was in May at the Musclemayhem Championship on May 26th...

I am prepping for a show in Texas in Oct and want to put on some lean muscle prior... I envy the fact that you require NO cardio.. you are very lean, dry and hard... I want to MIRROR your conditioning for the OCT show..I have a GOOD pre contest diet plan for the upcoming show but need advice for the week leading up to the show... i seem to always come in holding water... i have saved your post as a guide.

thanks again for the advice... only question i have now is what is your caloric intake durinig the prep... how much fat do you consume each day ?

    thanks again,

    AVI

Great job you really hardened up since the Illinois state show and also came in quite a bit drier too.

I consume about 40-80-gms fat 40 when I first start dieting and my carbs are higher and I slowly raise the fats as I drop my carbs lower. I gained about 2lbs of lean muscle and I came in drier with better lines in my abs the shows were only about 3 1/2 weeks apart I'm not sure to tell you the truth how I did it but oh well, thanks for the compliments
