    spray the back of throte?

    i have clen and t3 from ar-r, should i spray it in the back of my throte, or is there a better way to take it? the reason im asking this question is becouse i have taking it for two days now(which i know isn't for long!!!) but i take 40mcgs twice a day before each cardio sesion. and i still have not felt a good pump if any pump!!! i havn't really takin it on to empty of a stomack, could that be why? any feedback would be great!!! even flame

    my opinion...use an oral syringe to measure accuratly

    those concentrations are so high, you need accurate dosing.

    200mcg/ml....40mcg= 0.2ml

    you dont have to spray down your throat just spray in your mouth

    What kind of "pump" are you expecting from T-3 and clen?

    keeping under the tongue for 45sec to a min really seems to help with absorbtion for me, and the reason you don't feel a pump is because there is no pump to feel if you want a pump carb up and take some no2.
