at the same time.

CUtting or mass? seems like a bad combo to me....but elaborate, maybe I'm wrong.......and winnie won't do nothing for ya if you already aren't a bit cut (it wont melt fat, just harden up the muscle)- so I suposse you want to cut...and deca while cuttin is just a bad idea altoghether
