    DNP questions

    I have read alot about the use of DNP for dropping significant amount of fat, the quetion I have is the max time you can stay on it at one time, is 21 days the max advised or has anyone out there stayed on this chemical longer? What is max amount of time between cycles of DNP to get the most out of this horrible experience (lol). Any advise on living with all the sweating in an area with a really hot climate, camparable to Iraq? What kind of diet? Some advise fruits for the carb cravings Some say stay away from fruit all together! Any help would be appriceated

    The actual studies done on DNP, had obese subject on DNP for months at a time. However this was at a low dose, I believe around 200mg per day give or take. The doses used to lose lots of fat quickly are generally much higher and present many more side effects, making it very hard to stay on for extended periods of time. Due to the extreme nature of the drug I would personally not reccomend going over 10-12 days at a high dose (400-600mg).

    Nice Giants.

    I'd add that if you're in a climate comparable to Iraq, and spending any significant amount of time outdoors or without AC, DNP is not for you. The combination of DNP and such temps simply spells d-i-s-a-s-t-e-r.

    Clen or EPH would be far better for your situation.

    And drink LOTS of water. Will also turn your semen yellow.

    Thanks Bro's I was needing some input from experienced members. I appriciate the info but what about diet do I need to avoid certain fruits ect. I dont crave the sugary crap like candy bars and cookies, but I love fruit man!!!

    Fruits are water-based which is obviously good. And, "no" there aren't any that need to be avoided. Drink plenty of Power/Gatorade, and take your multi-vit/min three times a day as the sweat will leech them out.

    But I'd still recommend Clen or EPH, DNP can be brutal in the summer and that's just stateside. But c'est la vie.

    i know about dnp for long time, dose 200mg, for months, you lose average 1kg per week, it's not much, but it is safe. And then, when you wanna break Dnp, you should reduce the dose. for example: 3 months with 200 mg, 1 or 2 weeks more with 100 mg, 1 or 2 weeks more with 100mg E3D, and then 100 mg per week, finally you cut totally. Many people here ,in mexico ,take it in this way, with great results in really fat people. in fact, when it's cut totally, many people report lose more fat yet... but, we often wanna results so fast, that we don't see the danger...

    hey guys,
    i seem to get great results on 1 pill a day for up to 30 days, if i can take it that long. some cycles are no longer than 1 pill a day for 14 days.

    i notice the most fat lost after i have been off of it for about 7/10 days!!! that is why one has to be patient with vitamin D.
