Fat burners like Clen, should only be used when one can no longer achive the suggested 2lbs per week. I think that is a common problem on this board. People bring in the big guns in the beginning when weight loss is relatively easy, when there really is no need. Things like Clen/Epherdra etc... should be introduced later on when the body begins to resist fat loss.
