    Calves pain: Any helpful tips?

folks, I have been working on my calves over the last two weeks and I'am just begining to think of ways that I can minimize the fatigue pain that comes out after workout especially on my calves' muscle areas. I was wondering therefore what helpful tips are available out there to reduce such pains? Anyone with some thoughts will be appreciated. Thanks

You could always do a little self myfacial release using a foam roller before and after and I am sure that would help.

I jump on an eliptical after legs and it seems to prevent them from seizing up that night and Im not half as sore as I was before the next day.
