    My 6 1/2 month tranformation

    the only pic i have of me before @230lbs(with my shirt off anyway )and my after pics@202lbs. im 5'11"
    i did a 12 wk of 500mg of test cyp ew.i got up to 238lbs and ive cut down to 202lbs. ok so here is my problem i said i was gonna cut to 9% or less but i just got my gear in( ) and im going to be bulking so is there any point in cutting down any further? and what do you all think of my progress?keep in mind that before january i hadnt lifted for 10 yrs.should i just start my cycle or what?

    how tall are you?
    i would cut slowly to retain as much muscle as possible, and then when its time to hop on gear, get hugeeeeee and still be lean!

    im 5'11" and ive been cutting slowly i guess,i got my diet ok'd my 1**mfkr so its good.i really think im gonna start my next cycle unless there is a benefit to being an even lower bf

    Hey buddy great progress man!!! looking 100 times better..

    Unless you are cutting for a comp i would look to add some muscle. This does not mean you have to get fat, in fact you may even lean out while gaining if your diet is on point. I am a firm believer in the Chris Aceto philosophy. Keep reps betewen 6-12 and ALWAYS to failure on each set. perform little or no cardio. Workout no longer than 45 mins. Big muscle groups 3 excercises for 3 sets each and small 2 excercises.The increase in LBM will increase BMR and so you will lean out too. AS will only aid this situation IMO.

    thanks alot PB, ill keep that advice on the workout, i really appreciate it! im deff gonna start my next cycle on monday, im giddy about trying anadrol and deca. seeing what they might accomplish is.... well, exciting!!just gotta get my diet lined up.ill post one up in the diet section by tonight or tomorow.

    em hope your including some test with the drol and deca....
    huge improvement man i would have got some leaner but your deffo lean enough to start.

    If it wasn't for your ink, I would never guess it was the same person....great job, now keep at it, and show us what you can really do....Beast gave some perfect advise. Summer is a great time to stay lean, training in this fashion will allow you to do this while you increase your overall size....just maintain a good diet and you'll be in there!

    yea, my cycle is
    100mg d-rol ed wks 1-4
    300mg test cyp wks 1-14, frontloaded
    600mg deca wks 1-12, frontloaded
    50mg-100mg winny 6 wks up to pct

    thanks bro i really appreciate the props.i will be lean bulking so my diet which im putting together tonight is gonna be approx
    pro-380gms
    fat-80 grms
    carbs-360grms
    cals-3600 total
    ill get it nailed down and posted in the diet forum
