Okay, so I just got into the whole "diet" scene and I'm loving it... Before I thought it was too much of a hassle to cook my own food all the time and wondered how everyone did it... Thanks to you guys I've got a pretty solid meal plan down throughout the day. I'm learning how to make recipes with chicken and fish when I cook it, I feel more energized throughout the day, and I'm already seeing gains after starting the diet on Monday (and I just got off Creatine as well)... So thanks to everyone for helping me and I have 1 question, I'm bulking right now taking in between 3k to 3.5k calories a day and I'm wondering how much fat is okay to take in? I burn fat real easily so I have included dairy products into my diet, but I'm just wondering what I should keep my fat below... Thanks again guys!
