Sometimes during cycles I wake up during the night to go to the bathroom, and my muscles especialy my chest arms and shoulders will be so swollen and pumped it feels great. Can anyone tell me why this happens?

i actually had this happen with my legs but i found it quite uncomfortable.i posted the question here and no one had heard of it before.good to see im not alone, bout to start my second cycle we'll see if it pops up again,peace!Originally Posted by buffgator

I get that all the time, usually if I have a big meal before I go to bed.
