Here is my pathetic attempt at a lat spread, sorry I am not the best poser by far but its my first attempt so cut me some slack. I need to take some notes from muscle20 lol. My progress is decent I am down to 244, only 4 pounds less than when I posted this. I lost the first 15 pounds prtty quick but now its going kind of slow. Looking better bro. Keep working on dropping that bf and work on wide-grip pull-ups and you will make those lats start to pop. Good luck, glad to see you're still motivated.
In the right picture you look much bigger, bigger arms, shoulders, neck, and probably the same lats size, can`t really see much.
Don`t know what picture you are carrying the least bodyfat though, looks the same to me.
If you cut down, and don`t loose to much muscle, you will look pretty huge man, keep up the good work!
I do lots of pull ups but I guess I can always do more. My posing sucks really bad I need to work on that too. In the 2 pics, on the left I was 275 fat as hell. On the right I was about 255lbs, right after a cycle.
I'm sure once you drop the bf a bit more the lats will really show, you've got some nice thickness going on there. What's your target weight and bf?
10% or below. I am not sure what weight I will be when I get there. I am guessing around 215-220 range give or take. I am 244 right now I am guessing bout 18% or so.
with your nice wide frame at 10% you are going to look huge, your shoulders will be twice the width of your waste, keep us posted.

Yeah I have been considering clen more and more these days. I just dont want to get the jitters. My goals are 6 pack good muscle def and to just be as healthy as I can. But I want to be strong as well so I will lift heavy occasionally to keep the strength.Originally Posted by anaBROLIC
