first off my stats:
age-21
weight-170 (body fat %= 10)
Great diet and am certified through NASM as a personal trainer
Okay so I train in Mixed martial arts and want to get stronger and harder and faster and i woud like quick results. My goal is not to eat 6000 cals a day oand get huge. i would like to gain maybe ten lbs but drop body fat percentage to like 8 or maybe 6. I want a cycle that can help me gain lean mass but keep my body fat % doen as well with the least amount of sides ( esspecially sexual) as possible. Gear is a somwhat serious topic so i would like to make the right choices and get the most out of it. Any advice? Thanks alot
