    Cardio question

I know that the best time to do cardio is in the morning on an empty stomach followed by a pro/fat meal 45mins or so later. I've done this b4 and have had great results. But my life has changed a bit since then, and just being realistic with myself, I'm not going to go to bed at 8 so I can get up and do cardio at 4 a.m. I work out around mid day 5 days a week, and was wondering if you guys thought it would be better to throw the cardio in immediately after the workout, or maybe 30 minutes to an hour before bed and my last meal? I'm also on Test E/Winny/Clen cycle. Pretty sure that's irrelevant but thought i'd throw it in there. I've been on cycle for 3 weeks now w/o cardio and have gained 3 pounds but lost close to 4 inches off my waist.

sounds like you are getting good gains early...directly after your workout, you've pretty much used up all the simple carbs/sugars that are floatin around in your blood. if you do low intensity cardio directly after your workout and immediately down some pwn you should be golden. low intensity cardio(130-145 beats per minute on heart mon) will mostly target fat stores and shouldnt have any extremely adverse effects on your muscles, especially with the gear you are on. good luck with it and keep us posted on your progress!

Thanks bro. That's the only part the cofused me was downing the protein and dextrose after my workout w/ cardio. Just thought it kinda defeated the purpose. but I see what you mean. With a sufficient workout I should be burning mostly fat at that point during the cardio.

Do you think that means I could get away with slightly shorter cardio times, since the first 15 minutes in generally spent burning glycogen storage anyway?

Due to my schedule , I always do my Cardio directly after my weight training. If you can't do it first thing in morning on empty stomach, then right after weight training is the next best thing !!
