because i have no lumps i can feel or my nipples are never sensitive/sore but since my 1st cylcle of sust at 500mg a week it seems like i've had a bit of fat build up there what wasnt before.
i know part of it could of been that i was out of training for 8 weeks with injury but im wondering whats the best way to get the pecs toned up again other than obvious hardcore training, clen?
