I'll give you a little background first. I'm 27, 6'0 and currently weigh 182 lbs. I have been working out steady (5-6 days a week) for the last year and taking whey protein on a routine basis. I have followed the rules of one gram of protein to one pound of body weight. I have watched my diet and only cheat every now and then with pizza. Two years ago I weighed 165 lbs, before I started working out on a normal basis. I did work out then but only 2 times a week and not as heavy as now. I would ultimately like to get up to 200 lbs. I'm not looking to get cut but to add some good muscle and decent size. Now the part you have all heard. Everyone I talk to in my area says go the Dbol route but many of them do it alone, which I know most of you guys say is a no-no. I am considering Dbol but want to know what a good cycle, including something in addition to the Dbol would be, from start to finish. I also want to keep the gyno in check. Any advice is appreciated. I am in the research stage and have already placed on order for the Anabolic Steroids Book off the site. Also I want to stay all oral for now.
