I have gotten a hold of a cycle of CLENBUTEROL. I was wondering if you could help me with information as far as how my workouts and eating habits should change while I am on it.
I know that you should drink a lot of water and pyramid up and down but should I still be pushing myself as hard in the gym, weightlifting and cardio wise? or should I focus more on cardio and less on lifting while I am on it, maybe the other way around?
When I am up to 2+ pills a day should I take them all at once or throughout the day?
Also, any MAJOR side effects that I should look for as a sign to stop my cycle?
