    Lower Lats

    Ive been trying to really target and develop my lower lats for quite some time now, but they just don't wanna grow..
    any suggestions?

    Seated upright rows, those work great.

    Lat pulls palms facing in, with a close grip.

    DEADLIFTS!!!!!!!!!!!

    Low Pulley Rows with a close-grip handle. Pull into your lower abs really focusing on flaring your lats out at the point of peak contraction.

    Yeah, I like cable rows pulling the cable back to the lower abs and really focusing on the contraction in your lower lats. Try different exercises/movement until you can feel it more in your lower lats and stick witht that.

    Rev grip Bent rows, dorian style,

    also try doing old skool t-bar rows by backing a bar against the wall and using a v-grip handle underneath as a grip, for some reason its a totally diff feeling for me than reg t-bar rows,

    close grip pull downs and single arm low pulley rows--> try to pull it directly into your wiast.
