I've been hittin the sus for 4 weeks and a couple days @ 250mg every 4 days. I am 5' 7" and weigh 165lbs. I have been eating hard about every 3-4 hours. Fairly clean diet. I lift hard on a good routine and I am feelin good. My question is if I keep lifting hard and bumping up my calories per day, I estimate my calories per day to be about 3,000, what should I expect to gain this cycle and how much will I keep? I plan to run the sus for 12 weeks and then follow it with some winny. I've hardened up considerably and seam to be cutting up some right now. Thanks brothers.![]()
