    Blood Works results

I plan to do my second cycle next week, Test E at 10 weeks and Dianabol at 4 weeks. PCT will be Nolva.

My concern is the blood results. my cholesterol is 270.30 (Normal is 150-200) and tryglyceride 240.60 (normal is 60-165)

My question is, should I adress this first by taking statin or proceed with my cycle and just watch my diet?

what's the break out of LDL, HDL, vLDL

low HDL with high LDLs you should consider talking to your doctor about statin therapy (e.g. simvastatin or lipitor). just note that statins can be hard on your liver. it may be in your best interest to roll without the d-bol and just frontload the test for quicker results, maybe add some deca or something.

    bump for others

Others were normal. It was the cholesterol and Trig that was high. My BUN was (blood urea Nitrogen) was a bit over also at 21.4 (Normal is 7-21), but I think I can live with that.

Are they putting you on anything. Or did they give you a diet to follow. I would get that down first before you do another cycle.

I wouldn't even be considering a cycle right now. did u eat b4 the test? those triglycerides are realy high are a very acute danger. triglycerides hurt u now and cholesterol is a chronic build up thing usually. the tri's can cause strokes, angina, embolisms* (spelling), I would really get on that before doing anything. u wanna get them down at least 100 points and ur cholesterol down at least 50. jmho

Just came back from the doctor. I was advised to take Lipitor 40 mg per day since my levels were high. I didnt tell him that I used to take AAs and plan to cycle again.

Does this mean I really have to forego my second cycle?

what is your diet like? how much cardio do you do? You need to get your cholesterol down before you do another cycle. In the future, I suggest you avoid orals all together, they are terrible for your cholesterol profile.

When did your last cycle end? What is your HDL and LDL values? That is what makes up your cholesterol values. My guess is your HDL is very low and your LDL is through the roof. All the more reason to avoid orals in the future, they lower your good cholestrol (HDL) and raise your bad (LDL)

I guess I was a bit slack with my diet after my cycle. My cardio is pretty rigid since I do spinning classes at least 3 times a week. I just finished my PCT last June 20 2007 coming from my first cyle using Sustanon. My HDL is normal but my LDL is high together with my triglycierydes.

WOuld my recent cycle still have an effect here since it really shoots up your cholesterol level if your ON

I didnt realize you just ended PCT a couple weeks ago, it could still be affecting it since your PCT ended only a couple weeks ago, but regardless, you shouldnt be starting your next cycle for a couple of months, not next week. Time off = Time on + PCT plus now you need to get your cholesterol values in check. Starting so soon will only make your cholesterol values worse

bro don't take medicine to help urself. statinsare for old people that can no longer do ardio. a good diet and cardo regimen will clean it up in 4 monts tops. and if u fasted for 10 hours andhad tri's that high that's scary. I mistakenly had 2 slices of pizza b4 a blood test (didnt know I was taking it) and my levels were 230. doc bugged out and started looking for a nutritionist.
also statins **** ur liver, if ur gonna do orals and statins u might as well get on the list for a transplant now. using a statin at a young age is like trying to use juice to lose fat the easy way. its not very effective and hurts u more than it helps

Ha ha I dont know how you define old but I am 39 years old? Do I count in your range of old people? Come to think of it i think my ate some fatty foods the night before my test, prior to my fasting.

My cardio is pretty tough (thats why I think I did not gain so much and lost a bit after my last cycle) I have fallen in love with spinning classes.

I agree with you, the levels are high, thats what worrying me, and am not sure if it was because of the last cycle (PCT ended June 20) or something else.

What if I take the statin for 2 weeks and quit the med after that. At least it will lower down my cholesterol and give me a head start in adjusting it while I focus on my diet and training? Comments?
