WORKOUT
Got a good program 2 day split, but think I may do it 6 days on, 1 off.
GEAR (got today!)
Test E 250 @ 250mg twice/wk
Decca 300 @ 200mg twice/wk
PCT
Clomid from 300mg down 50mg by week 3.
QUESTIONS
Is it better to do a 2 day split program or grind out while im on the cycle at 6 days/wk?
Should I front load this cycle to kickstart it? Secondly, should i enject 1 or 2 weekly?
Is it critical to use Nolvadex through out the cycle?
