never did anything stronger than creatine. I am 32yrs old. 6' 215. I want to get closer to 200lbs. I am intersted in gaining strength and stamina not max lift.....for job purposes. any ideas? I was recommended sus250 to add strength. my goals are not max lift but more endurance...but I still want to toss the big weight. Also, fibromialga runs in my family not sure if that means anything??? Any help would be great.
