I've had a problem with my right leg ever since I injured it somehow a few years back... It's always felt different walking on it, I thought it stemmed from the knee as I have discomfort in it, but now I believe it stems from my heel which I do not seem to have full rotation of... Ie: sitting calf raises my right heel stops at a certain point (stiff) while lowering it while my left can still go down farther... I'm wondering if there's any heel stretches you guys know of or exercises to strengthen the heel... I plan on joining the Air Force (as long as they accept me) and I want to do as much as I can to make it better without seeing a doctor and causing drama with entering the Air Force...
