Okay, so I did a little quick research on this meal and basically... Chanko-nabe is what the Sumo Wrestler's of Japan eat to get so big... Now, I'm curious as to if this could be a useful recipe in bodybuilding... I know Sumo Wrestlers are fat, but I'm sure they don't do much cardio or weight lifting... And they do not eat breakfast, they basically have this for lunch and dinner so it must be packed with nutrients... I haven't been able to find out what exactly the nutritional content of this is because it's basically a shitload of stuff thrown together... Just curious as to if any of you guys think this recipe might be altered to be a good bodybuilding meal!
