If im cutting bf , is it ok to do about 30 min of med intensity cardio in the am, lift at night time 4-5 times a week or is that overkill or should I seperate cardio/lift days? I've cut my cals and carbs, upped my protein. Im still on cycle, prop, npp, masteron so I should have no worry about losing size right?. Maybe even still gain lean muscle?
