    If im cutting bf , is it ok to..

    If im cutting bf , is it ok to do about 30 min of med intensity cardio in the am, lift at night time 4-5 times a week or is that overkill or should I seperate cardio/lift days? I've cut my cals and carbs, upped my protein. Im still on cycle, prop, npp, masteron so I should have no worry about losing size right?. Maybe even still gain lean muscle?

    you're fine... Am cardio and PM workouts are good to go so long as your diet is spot on. However, rest assured you wont loose LBM but don't count on adding LBM...it may or may not happen...don't get your hopes up too much...

    My main concern is shredding and showing the muscle i've busted my ass to put on, Im plenty big so that's not too much of a worry. Just don't want to lose lbm.
