    Will My 1st cycle work ok?

    hey guys need your honest opinion

    I am trying roids for the first time i have been lifting for three years and have a good base size i want to increase my mass and then cutt down I have three weeks and 2 days worth of DBol which i can take at 20mg a day i can also aquire some winn i was going to take this at the end of my cycle for a further week and 5 days this would be a 5 week cycle do you think i will get some good and helpful gains??

    I am really new to this side of things took alot of consideration! let me know what you think?

    Definitely not the best route to go. The least I would run Dbol is 4 weeks, and never alone. There are just much better options.

    Winstrol for only 2 weeks isn't going to do hardly anything.

    What are your stats? Height, weight, age, bodyfat %, diet & PCT experience, etc...

    unfortunatley this is all i have access to at the moment the guy who is getting it for me reckons i will see some good gain!!

    i am 6'3'' 231 lbs 25 years old and think last time i had it checked 23% BF no real strick diet eating 5-6 times a day and try and have about 70gm protien per meal! like i said been lifting for about three years and had some good natural gains over that time have about a 110lb bicep curl and 198lb bench press and 243lb squat! hows that sound ok or quite average?

    If that is all you have access to then I would save your money. You should find some test-e to run along your d-bol and winny.

    your not ready for a aas. get that diet in check 1st, drop some bf, and more research. d bol only is a bad idea, your just gain 10 lbs of water than lose 10 lbs water and be right back where you started. save that d bol for a real cycle in the future.

    not a good cycle..plus you have nothing for PCT..do you even know what that is? Save your money, do some research and wait til you can come up enough gear to run a good first cycle..otherwise you will be wasting what you have

    find test for first cycle.

    less than 4 weeks of dbol at 20 mg and the winny isn't even going to do anything (positive).

    also your body fat is high, up the cardio. your numbers are a little low bro try and get your bench up to at least 225.

    People are at more risk for side effects when their bodyfat is too high.
    Also dealers will always tell you "blank" is all you need, "blank" is fine or wont hurt you. Its because thats all they have and they want to sell it to you.
    Once you cut down some why not try test e and leave all that other crap for later? Make sure to have your pct lined up before you start anything and research your ass off before you start anything

    198 lb bench and 243 lb squat, are you converting from the metric system or something? real bad cycle btw.

    EXACTLY !!! he is only interested in your money, NOT your health.

    Your bodyfat is WAY TOO HIGH to be using steroids

    you are wanting to take two HARSH orals only but even at 5 weeks not the worst for your liver BUT terrible for any type of gains at your current stats

    You need to work on diet first!!
    and then a PROPER cylce....along with the most important part which is PCT

    If you do NOT have everything for a proper cycle, then YOU DO NOT CYCLE its that simple. your health is not something you want to screw with

    I even bet you that he's selling the D-bol & Winny at a very high price than what it normaly goes for?

    well we can't about numbers but he prob is ripping u off. ur numbers are also real low. if ur 6'3" and over 200lbs u should be benching a shitload. 198 is real low. and how do u get 198 anyway? and how do u get 234 on squat? ur prob converting wrong or possibly too exact, but that is still real low. remember juice is for when uve exhausted natty gains. even if ur a weaker person, a bench of at least 265 and a squat of 315 can be reached with dedication and sweat. keep workin at it, ull get there

    future reference to this posted thread. 70 grams of protein is way too much per meal. ur body can only handle so much per sitting. learn portion control my man....itll avoid unwanted and UNEEDED bodyfat from accumulating thruout ur body.

    Thanks for all your advice guys i will sit back do more research up the Cardio and reduce the body fat % I think my figures looked alot worse cause i used a converter to put everything in lbs i figured most people in here were american!! my bad usually do everything in Kgs!

    You crazy metric system people!!! Okay, to start with wrong wrong wrong. Now I am going to give you the benefit of doubt and assume that your scumbag dealer told you this is all you will ever need to win the Mr. Olympia 2008 but in reality he probably charged you three to four times what the real value of these pills were just to get rid of them.

    You need to hold off, do some research and save the dbol for somthing else.
