hey im on day four scrubbing my acne with nixoral then when i get out i use a astringent or rubbing alchohol ill keep everyone updated

Bad idea, Don't use those other things like the estringent. They dry out your pores really bad and encourage the body to make up for it by producing more oil, thus more acne typically. There are lots of things that people do wrong in acne control. Tanning is bad (evern though a lot of people advise it) and washing the face too much and with harsh products is bad. I actually think the dish saop washing is about the worst advice one could take for a bad case of acne. The last thing you want to do is use a soap takes all oils off the surface of the skin and dries it out. Dry skin is really bad for controlling sistic type acne.

Just wash with the Nizoral once or twice a day and be patient.
