PCT advice for VAR only

hey bros just finishin up my var only cycle. was plannin on just runnin clomid @ 50 mg ed...but i have started reading about aromasin and hcg. I have lost much of my libido and my levels must be quite low, tired alot and lethargic and balls are shrunk a little. Any help is appreciated. thanks bros.

what dosage of var did you take and how long was your cycle? clomid or nolva (or both) would be fine in aiding your recovery. HCG would be more detrimental to recovery now that you're off. I've never used HCG, and Nolva alone brought my nuts back to the size of golf balls.

basic clomid/nolva pct for 2-3wks is good, you can also just do clomid for 4wks

aromasin wouldnt be an alternative? clomid makes me really whiny and girly lol.

Well personally i hate clomid....but there are several options...i guess if i were to do it again, i would use HCG and aromasin HCG for 5 days, and aromasin for 3 wks...

well since i am struggling to get my hands on any hcg, im gonna go with clomid and nolva.
