    Question Please HELP with Supplement Questions for Pre & Post CARDIO W/O!!!

    Well I did not want to DOUBLE post this since I posted it in error in the WorkOut forum, but I could not get it moved and after being up for almost a week with NO replies, I made the decision to just repost....

    Hey Guys,

    I tried to keep from making the thread by incorporating these question in my other Cardio thread, but I got limited advice... Anyways, on to the Questions!!

    What Pre and Post A.M. Cardio W/O supps should I take??? I read that BCAA, Retain, and Yohimbe would be good for PRE W/O, what else and what about the Post??

    Right now I am taking Lions T3/Clen/Taurine and Centrum!!! I also have ON's Complete Protein Diet....

    I take the T3/Clen/Taurine/Vit for Pre W/O, then go eat a High Protein/Fat Diet about an Hour after W/O... I have yet to incorporate the Protein Mix...


    Also, what brand do you feel is the Best out the now, I still like ON's products and LOVED Bio-Test ( but haven't see them ), EAS was a BIG player back in my day... Oh, also who is the CHEPEST on line??? I know that the Banner above says that All Sports Nutrition is the Cheapest, but I know I have seen lower Prices, lol, but in general, who is the Cheapest out there, does anyone offer Free Ship? Stupid questions I know, but i am a BROKE ASS College student now, lol...


    Any advice would be VERY helpful since I am NEW to the Cardio/Fat Burning thing, never had to worry about it before while power lifting...So please help me out here, and I am sorry about the redundancy in asking this question, but I did search and only got more questions, lol...

    Also, if you will, Please include how to take them (ie.- how much, ect)....

    Between this post and the other of the same ( I could not get the other moved here so I started this one with great hesitation ) in the W/O forum, I have a total of 83 views and ZERO replies... I don't get it!!! Obviously there are others looking for the same info since I got this many views...

    WHERE IS THE HELP!!!!! I thought the reason I was not getting any replies was because the thread was in the wrong forum, well this is not the case anymore!!

    Some Answers/Help would be nice PLEASE!!!

    What I do need is your stats/age/cycle history/Workout history

    How many days do you workut? How long have you been working out?

    Mnay of your questions can be resolved with the simple use of a search function, but until i get your info i cant help you

    -5 tbl of CarboGain (Maltodextrin) this is carbohydrate
    -15gr of bcaa: Cheapest I've found:

    -1/2 tsp of Vitamin C powder (also helps with the taste)

    I know this is being asked over and over and over again; I know because I just reviewed a shit load of Threads, however, I am in a different boat than most of you...

    A quick recap ( I have not been on in a while, nor am I an active poster since I don't have much to offer):

    6+ years ago I was in a car accident, I broke my neck in 3 places, blew 5 disks out starting from the tail bone up, dislocated both clavicles, ripped both rotators cuffs (left and right), Brain Damage ( I now suffer from loss of my immediate memory at times) Blah Blah Blah, the list continues... Prior to this I was an avid power lifter, with limited used on the Juice...

    Now that I have been cleared by my Doctor, I am hitting the Gym, and there is a GREAT need to do so... I have gained about 80lbsfrom the accident and my BF% is through the roof, though I have never been a Vascular build, always had the Power lifter build and am happy with that (I like Brick Shit House size, lol) but my BF has NEVER been this high of course... I am so Pissed...

    Anyway, I have been in the Gym now for about 4 months focusing on my BF%... I am doing my Cardio first thing in the morning,1 hour -/+ on the Tred, elliptical, stairs, ect, I like to mix it up... I eat a High Pro/Fat meal right after the cardio.. I just feel that the loss is not there like I want it to be... What am I doing wrong!!! I am hoping to start my Bulking Cycle soon, but I just want to get the BF down somemore... Grrr...

    Right now I am a Full Time student, so along with work and school, I don't get much free time, but I do put it aside for the Gym, it does however make it hard for me when it comes to meals, so I eat out a lot, places like Golden Coral ( I can only imagine what your thinking, lol ), but I do still keep a strong eye on my Carbs and Pros... Any advice there???

    you want MORE pre workout supps? and your already on clen & t3? cmon buddy, your the one who needs to get real, u dont need anything else. If your not losing weight on that, NO supplement is going to help you

    Last I checked there were more to Supps than Fat Burners

    As I stated in my first post, from what I understood was that for a Per W/O, BCAA, Retain, and Yohimbe would be beneficial... I as for my Post W/O I am consuming ON's Protein Diet Mix... The Question has nothing to do with Fat Burners as you can see... I just want to know what if anything I should ADD to my Supp intake already have above...

    On a side Note, I am in the need for a New Fat Burner, lol, becuase I SPILT my Damn Liquid Clen all over the ****ing Floor However, I am Quietly waiting for Mr. Roberts PyroGenx

    I would do my cardio first thing in the AM on an empty stomach. (Just search "cardio on an empty stomach" and you will find a bunch of posts on it.)

    As far as Supps. go... I dont know much about the weight loss supps. Sorry. I suggest just following a VERY strict cutting diet, and keep up the high intensity Cardio.

    Thanks my Friend, for taking the time out to post!!! As for my Cardio, I head off to the Gym as soon as I wake up, with only Water in me... Then I take my ON's Protein Mix and then eat a High Pro/Fat - Low Carb meal...
