Ok, now for my serious side:

What, if anything is the pro's secret to dealing with gyno? Many of the top pros have none if any gyno and it boggles the mind how they deal with it. I notice how some have signs of it at one show but later that year no signs whatsoever and it seems that they didn't have surgery.

5. Which method of training you have found to be most effective in putting on mass, regardless of gear or not?

are the pros that have hair just not prone to mpb? are there secrets that the pros use to keep their hair? cause guys like ronnie and dennis james went bald but jay cutler has thicker hair than most anyone.

also how do u prevent having a basketball sized heart and beat up liver?

I want to know his thoughts on PCT, specifically proviron incorporation. Some evidence of speeding up recovery, but Im not so sure myself. Seems to irritate my prostate/bladder a little and I dont have erection problems so is it helpful?
