A1c test shows 6.5%

Been on a HGH cycle since February. Stopped last weekend.

A1c results came out today. The reading was 6.5%. The test centre said this was normal (range they say is 4.4 to 7%).

Any cause for concern?

no. I'm not surprised its to the high range on hgh

No. I'm a diabetic so I'm very familiar with a alc test and i also take gh so i know how it effect me

So my A1c figure would go down if HGH is discontinued for a while?

A1c results of 6.5% should not be the reason of any concerns. Besides, if you are worried about having diabetes or IGT/IFG, more informative measurment would be fasting plasma glucose.

Thanks mate. My fasting glucose has gone down to 4.3 mmol a week after discontinuing with the Growth.

What I am now trying to figure out now is how I can avoid insulin resistance when I am on growth. Any ideas?
